Coraid Support Plans

Coraid offers 3 levels of support service plans. The service plans offered are:

  • eSupport Service Plan
  • 24x7 Service Plan
  • Zero Hour Support Service

eSupport Service Plan
The eSupport Service Plan is Coraid’s basic support offering and includes the following:
-    Access to Coraid’s Customer Support Web Portal
-    Email access to the Coraid Support Team during normal business hours
-    Access to all Firmware and Software updates for appliances under contract
-    3-year Hardware Warranty

24x7 Service Plan
The 24x7 Support Service Plan includes all benefits of the eSupport Service plan as well as the following enhancements:  
-    24x7 direct access to Coraid's Support Team via email or phone
-    Priority queuing of in the handling of Support Cases
-    Advanced RMA for replacment of hardware under warranty

Zero Hour Support Service Plan
Coraid Zero Hour Support is an innovative customer service offering based on Coraid’s unique disk portability technology, which allows drives to be swapped between arrays for upgrades, service reconfiguration, data transfers, or disaster recovery. Coraid takes advantage of this design to provide customers with a unique service offering that enables immediate replacement for hardware-based failures in the field.  Rather than wait a pre-determined time-frame for a part delivery and technicians to arrive, Coraid customers can simply remove disks from a failed array and place them into an onsite hot-spare array for immediate recovery and restored access to data. 
Coraid’s Zero Hour Support Service Plan includes all the benefits of the 24x7 Service Plan as well as:
-    An on-site hot-spare Coraid array that is available for immediate deployment.
